Maison Close offers a refined shopping experience, allowing returns or exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our collections, items that show signs of wear or have been laundered cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all labels and protective strips remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
